I wasn't eating right or exercising regularly. My excuse was always not having enough time and I felt I got enough exercise running and doing my daily activities I never realized how weak my muscles were unitl I started training with John Henry. 

I now work out four to five days per week with a combination of weight training and cardiovascular activity. I now prefer weights over cardio and now realize the cardio (running) I had been doing made little difference in how I look and feel. The weights is what has sculpted and toned my body.

As far as nutrition goes, I now know the difference between good and bad foods. John Henry has taught me that I need to eat consistently through out the day to keep my blood sugar stable to burn body fat. I also drink alot of water now, too. My body, more specifically my muscles are extremely strong as a result of the weight training and the foods I eat. I hope I have started taking care of myself early enough in life to prevent the risk of disease. Today I am doing my best to stay healthy at 25 years old, 5'8" and 130 pounds.
