C-REEL RESULTS: Supportive Nutrition

Supportive Nutrition is the third cornerstone of the C-REEL RESULTS: Four Cornerstones of Fitness. It is an integral part to boosting your metabolism so you can burn body fat 24/7 and shape your body into the amazing physique you've always wanted.

The main component of all the C-REEL RESULTS: Support Nutrition programs is ACCOUNTABILITY! We want you to be successful and C-REEL RESULTS and we are here to help you do it. Our accountability measures include:

  • Initial and final body fat and circumference measurements
  • Before and after pictures
  • Weigh-ins
  • Meal Planners and Menu Calendars which will be turned in as "homework" and reviewed by a C-REEL RESULTS registered dietitian

The C-REEL RESULTS: Supportive Nutrition programs are designed to take you through a mental and physical process at your own progression. As you advance through the programs, you will be educated about what is occurring in your body as the fat melts away and the toned muscle underneath begins to surface. The supportive nutrition programs include:

  •  Nutritional Analysis-101: You will complete a three day food diary. This will allow the C-REEL RESULTS registered dietitian to begin to understand your lifestyle and eating habits. A full nutrition assessment will be conducted at your first consultation. At your second consultation, your food diary will be presented to you in a complete computer-generated analysis. Calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, fiber and sugar will be focused on. You will be shown what your normal consumption is with these nutrients and where you should be to C-REEL RESULTS. A six-week progressive workbook will provided to you so you can begin to restructure your eating habits by focusing on drinking enough water, meal frequency and correct portion sizes.

  • Six-Week Nutrition Program-201: This program begins to lay the framework for feeding the body, specifically your muscles, the proper nutrients at the right time, in the correct order, to help increase your metabolism for permanent fat loss. In addition to a full nutritional assessment, you will build a relationship with the  C-REEL RESULTS registered dietitian that allows you to tackle nutrition together and help you overcome obstacles and barriers in your life that prevent you from focusing on nutrition in order to C-REEL RESULTS. The relationship between you and the dietitian is built on education, accountability and compliance. A six-week progressive workbook will be provided to you so you can begin to restructure your eating habits by focusing on drinking enough water, meal frequency and correct portion sizes.

  • Lifestyle Nutrition Program-301: This advanced nutrition program is for individuals who have mastered Supportive Nutrition 201. During the Lifestyle Nutrition Program, you will begin to advance up the C-REEL RESULTS: Power Tower. The climb up the Power Tower focuses on providing enough calories and nutrients in a "perfect power portion" to meet your basal metabolic needs (BMR). Many times, despite having the framework down, many people are still not eating enough to meet even the body's most basic needs such as breathing. Caloric deprivation leads to slower metabolism which leads to increased body fat! Once you have mastered your BMR's daily caloric needs, and have demonstrated that you can maintain it as a normal part of your lifestyle, you can advance to the next level of the C-REEL RESULTS: Power Tower. Specialized menus are provided.

  • Metabolic Nutrition Program-401+: After it is determined that you have established and are consistent with Supportive Nutrition 301, you will be advanced to this program. You will continue to climb up the C-REEL RESULTS: Power Tower incorporating more "perfect power portions" along the way. This program is great to incorporate for short periods of time, 4-6 weeks, throughout the year, to greatly boost your metabolism and accelerate fat loss. This program will challenge your psyche and how food fits into your life. This is 'training' and should be viewed similarly to your fitness training. Specialized menus with specific caloric requirements are provided.
